Paypal Payment Exceptions
Due to a problem with the Paypal interface, some customers do not see the top-up amount in their 3ATOYS account after a successful Paypal transaction.
If you encounter this situation, please take a screenshot of your transaction number, transaction time and transaction amount, and then contact 3ATOYS customer service([email protected]).
3ATOYS Customer Service will recheck your transaction based on the screenshot of your transaction.
In the event of a dropped Paypal order, we will recharge your account promptly.
If you used an electronic check when paying, the arrival time is usually 48 hours and you will need to continue to wait for Paypal to release the funds.

Credit Card Payment Exceptions
After you have paid by credit card, your transaction is successful and the money has been successfully transferred, but the money has not been added to your 3ATOYS account. Please take a screenshot of your transaction card number, the time and amount of your transaction and contact 3ATOYS Customer Service([email protected]). We will then recheck your transaction.
It is often the case that you have registered more than one 3ATOYS account and your account login is confusing. We recommend that you keep only one account to avoid confusing transactions.
