Non-Compliant

1.When 3ATOYS determines that your order is a non-compliant order, you will receive a notification email from 3ATOYS and you will be required to respond within 72 hours.
If you do not respond within 72 hours, 3ATOYS reserves the right to simply cancel your order and temporarily blacklist your account.
2.When 3ATOYS determines that your order is an irregular order, 3ATOYS reserves the right to cancel your order and return the money you paid to your payment account in the original path.

Criteria for determining non-compliant orders
1.The payment platform has alerted you that your payment is at risk.
2.The third-party merchandising platform such as Taobao has warned that the seller’s transaction is at risk
3.The risk of the transaction is determined by the risk control of the website you have chosen to buy the goods.
4.You are required to provide the appropriate information or change the payment method for the order as determined by the risk control of the 3ATOYS website. But the customer refuses to provide information or change the payment method
Including and not limited to the above cases, 3ATOYS has the right to judge your order as a violation.
